Eligibility:

- English language proficiency at B1 level or above (You can also apply without IELTS)

Additional Criteria
Salary offer from the employer is at or above the minimum salary threshold for the occupation (currently £25,600 per year or the going rate for the occupation, whichever is higher)
Job is on the Shortage Occupation List or you have a PhD relevant to the job
Educational qualification at RQF level 3 or above or an equivalent qualification
Application Process
To apply for a Skilled Worker Visa, you must first have a job offer from a UK employer who holds a valid sponsor license. Your employer will provide you with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS), which you will need to apply for the visa.
You will then need to complete an online application form and provide supporting documents, including your CoS, proof of English language proficiency, and evidence of your funds. You may also need to provide other documents, depending on your circumstances.
