Eligibility Criteria:

- Have a job offer from the NHS, a health or care provider registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), or an organisation providing services to the NHS.
- Speak English at the required level.
- Meet the relevant health requirements.
- Meet the necessary criminal record checks.
- Have a Certificate of Sponsorship from their employer.
- Police Clearance certificate is required for main applicant and dependant.
Length of stay
The UK Health and Care Worker Visa allows individuals to stay in the UK for up to five years. After this period, they can apply for settlement (also known as "indefinite leave to remain").
Fees
- The visa application fee is £247 (25,000 Rs approx.) for up to 3 years visa. Applicants will need not to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge.
- If your COS is more than 3 yrs then you will need to pay £479 per person (48,000 rs) visa application fees.
- Money you need to show to support yourself must be at least £1,270 (1,50,000 Rs approx. ) in your bank account.
Processing times
Processing times vary depending on the country where the application is made. In some cases, applications can be processed within a few weeks, while in others it may take several months.
If you have submitted your file in Priority, you will receive your visa decision in 7 working days, otherwise it will take 3 to 4 weeks.
Dependants
Applicants can bring their dependants (spouse, partner, and children under 18) to the UK on this visa. They will need to show that they can support their dependants financially.
